Check-in & Check-out Policy: Our standard check-in time is 12:00 pm & check-out time is 11:00 am.

Documents Required During Check-in: Booking confirmation via email/SMS (with Booking ID) and a valid Photo ID (with address) is required for all the guests. Photo ID poofs accepted are NID, Service ID, Driver’s License, Voter Card, Passport etc. If you are unable to produce photo ID you may be refused entry to the hotel.

Early Check-in Policy: Our policies with regards to early check-in are:

• Early check-in between 8 AM and 12 PM can be allowed without any extra charges, but will be subject to availability.
• Early check-in for guests arriving before 8 AM will be charged at the full previous day’s rate.

Late Check-out Policy: Our policies with regards to late check-out are:

• late check-out is possible only till 13:00 On the basis of availability.
• For the further stay we charge as per our short tariff.
• Late check-out up to 2 PM can be accommodated at no extra charges, but will be subject to availability.
• Late check-out after 2 PM will be charged at the full next day’s rate.

Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required option.

The management/AWT reserves the right to cancel any booking due to official requirement or political situation. For such cases no cancellation fee will be charged. 

Extension Policy: The extension of stay has to be requested in 12 hours before check out and acceptance is based upon availability.

Guarantee Policy: We would appreciate 50% advance to guarantee the reservation. Without advance or credit card authorization no reservations are guaranteed. Hotel authority has complete right to cancel the non-guaranteed reservation at any time without prior notice. We will have few options that will be convenient for the guest to process the advance payment (bKash (01812746663), Credit Card, Cash Payment etc ). In the event of an obvious or palpable error, however this may have occurred or be displayed, we reserve the right to decline your booking and refund you the amount paid.

Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of occupants in a room will depend on the room category. As per our standard maximum two adults is allowed in a room. Complimentary breakfast will be included.

Child Policy: Maximum of 2 children up to the age of 5 years are allowed free of charge subject to room occupancy capacity but no extra bed will be provided. Extra person charges are applicable for anyone above 5 years of age. Extra breakfast will be charged on above 05 years @full charge.

Extra Bed Policy: Extra bed will be applicable on above 10 years child @ BDT 1000++/ per bed with Complimentary Breakfast. Maximum one extra bed may be allowed per room.

Visitor Policy: Visitors are not allowed beyond 10 PM in hotel. Non-resident guests must get registered as an extra occupant in the room to stay beyond this time .

Pet Policy: No pets are allowed inside the premises/property .

Right to Admission: Management reserves the right to deny admission or ask particular guests to leave the property to ensure safety and comfort of other guests. This may include  such as denial of admission to local residents, unmarried & unrelated couples, amongst others. The decision taken by the Hotel management shall be final and binding in all such situations on your wish.

Smoking policy: All guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only at designated area inside the property .

Policy for military personnel: 

• If an army member offers a booking, he/she must come. He/She cannot be sent to any other relative or friend.
• Discounted Rental guests can stay in a room for a maximum of 3 nights.
• The JCO / OR serving in the Army will be able to rent a maximum of 2 rooms for his family at Army rate. If more than 2 rooms are taken, room rent at normal rate will be applicable. Military rates will only apply in the presence of military personnel.
• A person will be entitled to this facility maximum 04 times in a year.
• Unmarried military personnel and married military personnel other than their families are discouraged from staying / arriving at the resort.
• Military / civilian personnel of all forces except Army can book any number of rooms.
